Shipping Policy

Please ensure that your address is correct when placing your order. Once your order is processed, it can not be changed or rerouted.

In the event that your order is returned undeliverable, there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your purchase and it's your responsibility for reshipping fees.

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days.

Shipping takes 4-5 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping fees are determined at checkout based on address and order weight.

You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number once your order ships. Please be mindful that orders placed on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.

If you're experiencing a delay in receiving your order once it has been shipped, please contact USPS for further information. Unfortunately, A'Dorn Comfy Closet cannot guarantee your packages arrive on the listed date once it's in their possession.
